Hi, I am Abisola and I have had more than a fair share of relaxed hair struggles. This led me on a natural hair journey in 2008. I have since had a son and two daughters and many frustrating moments from purchasing a hair care product from the store or online only to be disappointed that the product claim did not meet the product performance, at least not for my family’s hair types.
In 2019, after a 5-year loc journey I booked to have my hair cared for at a fairly high-end salon and while at the shampoo bowl, I realised I had steeled myself for the tug and pull pain at the shampoo bowl which never came. With this realisation came a lot of questioning of hair care products, the quest to know more about them and my personal commitment to learn about hair care products and their development. This journey had led me on the path of hair, face and body product formulation, with a personal care product development diploma now hanging on my wall😊
